BODYBAR Pilates is on the lookout for a Fitness Manager to enhance the studio experience and lead a vibrant community. The ideal candidate will teach multiple classes per week while fostering an environment of positivity and growth.

You will engage with both members and instructors, aiming for a high-performance team that delivers exceptional classes. The role requires strong leadership skills, a solid background in fitness, and the ability to drive studio growth.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more relevant certifications.
• Minimum 3 years in the fitness industry with 2 in leadership.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes each week.
• Create standout member experiences with a service-first mindset.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing instructor team.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales and grow the BODYBAR community.
• Manage the class schedule to meet client demand and maximize engagement.
• Track key metrics to inform decisions and enhance studio operations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and readiness.
• Engage actively with members to build community.
