Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Community-minded and connection-driven with a positive, team-focused approach.
Responsibilities
Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes each week.
Build a high-performing instructor team by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring talent.
Collaborate on studio growth by driving sales and local partnerships.
Drive performance through data by tracking key metrics and informing decisions.
