Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree or certification.
• 5+ years in the fitness industry, including 2 years in leadership.
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Teach approximately 12-15 BODYBAR Pilates classes each week.
• Create standout member experiences rooted in professionalism.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor instructors.
• Partner with leadership to drive sales and community engagement.
• Manage the class schedule and engagement.
• Track KPIs and elevate studio operations.
• Ensure equipment readiness and manage maintenance.
• Engage actively with members to foster community.
