BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a seasoned Fitness Manager to lead studio operations, programming, and community. You’ll bring energy, BODYBAR Method expertise, and a focus on member and instructor growth to a fast-growing boutique franchise.

In this role you’ll oversee class scheduling, recruit and mentor staff, drive sales through partnerships, and use KPIs to elevate performance. Join a team that values positivity, celebration, and strong studio culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Science, related field, or Pilates certification (450 hours).
• Minimum 3 years in fitness; 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; highly organized and communicator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ~15 BODYBAR Pilates classes per week with energy and consistency.
• Lead with a service-first mindset and build standout member experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support an instructor team.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive studio growth and partnerships.
• Own the class schedule to meet demand and maximize engagement.
• Track KPIs and use data to improve studio operations.
• Oversee equipment readiness and coordinate repairs.
• Foster a strong studio culture through member engagement.
