Job summary
BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead studio programming, elevate instructor performance, and cultivate a vibrant community. You'll own the class schedule, drive member experiences, and partner with leadership to grow the BODYBAR community while delivering exceptional studio operations.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in fitness leadership, a related certification, and comfort with data KPIs to inform decisions.
Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Exercise Science or related field or equivalent certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years in the fitness industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Community-minded and connection-driven.
- Positive, team-focused leader who leads by example.
Responsibilities
- Deliver powerful class experiences by leading approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes each week.
- Lead with a service-first mindset by creating standout member experiences rooted in professionalism and positivity.
- Build a high-performing instructor team by recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive studio growth through sales and partnerships.
- Own the class schedule to meet client demand and maximize engagement.
- Track KPIs and use data to inform studio operations and performance.
