JETSET Pilates in Chicago is seeking an AGM to foster a strong studio community and elevate the client experience. You will lead Studio Leads, manage front‑of‑house operations, and participate in local marketing initiatives to promote JETSET in the community.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role emphasizes client care, sales, networking, and hands‑on engagement with day‑to‑day studio operations to improve retention and new client experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team of Studio Leads
• Strong client care and service orientation
• Sales experience and comfort with memberships and packages
• Networking skills and local market involvement
• Willingness to engage in front-of-house operations and training

Responsibilities

• Provide training, guidance, support, and feedback to Studio Leads and onboard new leads.
• Perform studio lead duties: manage Mindbody and AXLE, answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and assist with opening/closing.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients and integrate them into the JETSET community.
• Collaborate with GM to boost brand awareness and lead local marketing initiatives; participate in 3–4 events monthly.
• Monitor Net Promoter Scores and take action on detractor feedback.
• Work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
