Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in operations/management within a fitness or wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and implement company-wide policies.
• Ensure service standards and a high-quality fitness experience for members.
• Analyze metrics: sales, utilization, retention, expenses, payroll.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to acquire clients and meet studio goals.
• Manage client inquiries and ensure timely, positive responses.
• Foster relationships with local health and wellness communities and partners.
• Create and monitor class and staff schedules; oversee hiring of instructors.
