Qualifications

• Experience leading client-service teams in a retail or studio environment.
• Strong communication and frontline sales skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and daily studio operations.
• Familiarity with Mindbody and AXLE software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and support Studio Leads to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Oversee front-of-house duties: phone, emails, sales, opening/closing tasks.
• Welcome new clients and integrate them into the community at JETSET.
• Collaborate on local marketing to attract new clients and raise brand presence.
• Review Net Promoter Scores and address detractor feedback.
