Job summary

JETSET Pilates Vertex in McKinney, TX is seeking a General Manager who will lead studio operations, drive growth, and model exceptional client service.

The GM will supervise day-to-day activities, analyze performance metrics, manage class and staff schedules, and build relationships with local fitness communities.

This full-time exempt role requires 2+ years in management and 1+ year in customer-facing work; on-site schedule with a 20+ hour weekly presence; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role overseeing day-to-day operations.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Experience running reports and analyzing business KPIs (e.g., sales, utilization, retention, expenses, payroll).
• Experience responding to and resolving client inquiries or concerns, with the ability to cite a typical response time standard.
• 1+ years of experience creating and managing staff or class schedules for a team of 5 or more people.
