JETSET Pilates® is looking for a Community Lead to enhance client experiences and foster a strong community within the studio. The role requires overseeing Studio Leads and assisting in daily operations, focusing on training, marketing, and client retention.

Ideal candidates should possess leadership experience in service environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends. The role plays a key part in local marketing initiatives and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, client care, and front-of-house operations in a service-based environment.
• Ability to manage scheduling and coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, guidance, support, and feedback to Studio Leads.
• Perform studio lead duties including managing Mindbody and AXLE.
• Facilitate new client processes and welcome newcomers.
• Collaborate with the GM to implement brand awareness strategies.
• Review Net Promoter Scores and act on feedback.
