Job summary

Life Time Naperville is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, fostering a strong community among clients and Team Members while driving growth through client acquisition, retention and satisfaction.

You will mentor instructors, design progressive sessions across Private and Semi Private formats, integrate equipment, uphold studio standards, maintain certifications, and build a loyal client base through exceptional service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pilates instructor with comprehensive apparatus training.
• Certification in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pilates.
• Experience designing progressive Pilates programs.
• Leadership experience in Pilates or fitness.
• Minimum 3 years Pilates training.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Maintain experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Own the studio with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized Private and Semi Private sessions.
• Integrate all Pilates apparatus into sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through service and results.
• Document client programming in fitness plans.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Create an empowering environment for clients.
