The role focuses on client engagement, session customization, and owning the Pilates portfolio, with an ownership mindset and strong commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor with capability to lead and train others.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Experience progressing Pilates programs and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Own the Pilates program with brand ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in sessions (1:1 and small groups).
• Build and maintain strong clientele through superior service and results.
