Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pilates Coordinator to lead the Life Studio direction, supervise instructors, and drive growth through engaging mind-body classes. You will oversee one-on-one services and assist in scheduling and record-keeping per standard procedures.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive pilates programs, coordinating class schedules, supervising trainers, and promoting Life Time programs within the club and community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• 3 years of teaching and participation in Pilates formats
• 2 years of sales experience
• Pilates Instruction Certification
• Certified Personal Trainer
• CPR and AED Certification
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb and lift up to 15 pounds

Responsibilities

• Develops mind body programs to meet clients' personal health goals.
• Coordinates class offerings, schedules and staffing.
• Monitors clients during classes and private sessions on safe use of Pilates equipment.
• Delivers private Pilates programs based on physician instructions.
• Refers members to instructors or classes based on level and knowledge.
• Promotes Life Time programs and services throughout the club and community.
• Educates trainers to prescribe and sell Life Time programs.
• Meets with department heads to review plans and initiatives.
• Makes hiring, promotion, and termination recommendations to the PT Head.
