Life Time Inc. seeks a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, fostering a strong community among clients and Team Members. You will drive program growth, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, while mentoring a team of instructors to elevate standards and visibility.

The role emphasizes leadership, code of conduct, and ongoing development, with a commission-based pay structure and comprehensive benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with comprehensive apparatus training (Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, Barrel).
• Progressive experience in leading teams in fitness/Pilates settings.
• Sales experience totaling at least 2 years with client-focused outcomes.
• CPR and AED certified.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in Private and Semi-Private sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into sessions for comprehensive programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Document client programming and maintain studio records.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
