Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with comprehensive apparatus training (Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, Barrels).
• Progressing the Pilates method through program design and leadership.
• 2 years sales experience and 3 years Pilates training.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition
• Ensure experience standards for the entire Pilates portfolio
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset
• Provide personalized session customization (Private and Semi Private)
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through service and results
• Complete administrative requirements for client fitness plans
• Uphold studio cleanliness and organization
• Stay current on certifications and trends
• Create an empowering environment for clients
