Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives through engaging, educational training.

You will build personalized programs, supervise sessions, and promote a range of Pilates offerings while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role requires experience designing Pilates programs for private and group sessions, along with CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Pilates program design experience is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are essential.
• CPR and AED certification are preferred, as part of safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes with proper form and safety.
• Promote Pilates programs, classes, and personal training to members.
• Complete administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain Pilates studio cleanliness and equipment safety.
