Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by delivering high-quality Pilates training and related classes. You will develop safe, effective client programs, conduct consultations, and promote Pilates services while maintaining studio standards.

You will stay current with certifications and industry trends, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive member experience aligned with Life Time's brand.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience is required.
• Experience in Pilates program design is required.
• Certified Pilates Trainer is required.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs.
• Instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on safe equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues and trends.
• Provides superior customer service and programming.
• Documents all client programming.
• Ensures safety and motivates members on the fitness floor.
