Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Experience in Pilates program design required.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with Reformer/Tower/Chair/Barrel training.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during Pilates sessions with proper technique and safety.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Keeps Pilates studio clean and organized.
• Maintains current certifications and industry knowledge.
• Educates members on health and fitness trends.
• Delivers outstanding customer service through tailored programming.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
• Pursues credentialing to advance within the program.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivation.
