Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safety and effectiveness.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Promotes Pilates programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stays current on industry certifications and trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness trends.
