Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by delivering educated, supportive sessions and maintaining the studio environment.

You will design safe Pilates programs, instruct private and group classes, and promote relevant training offerings while documenting progress and ensuring cleanliness. Responsibilities include conducting fitness consultations, monitoring form, staying current on certifications, and delivering superior customer service through tailored programming

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience required.
• Experience in Pilates program design preferred.
• Certified Pilates Trainer required.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional Pilates programs to drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct private and group Pilates sessions with emphasis on safe equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Document all aspects of client programming and track progress.
