Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering educational, supportive training and exceptional service.

You will develop safe client programs, lead private and group Pilates classes, and promote related training options within a welcoming studio environment. The role requires Pilates certification, experience in program design, and CPR/AED credentials, with emphasis on safety, progress tracking, and high-quality member

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members to ensure safety and education.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.
