Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives through education and high-quality programming. The role emphasizes relationship-building, personalized Pilates programs, and exceptional customer service within a vibrant Life Time studio.

The candidate will design and lead private and group Pilates sessions, promote classes, and maintain a clean, safe studio while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional Pilates programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during Pilates sessions on safe equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations including goal setting and screening.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
• Promote Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain Pilates studio cleanliness and safety.
• Stay current on credentials and industry trends.
• Educate members on health and fitness issues and trends.
• Provide superior customer service and supportive programming.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
• Continue education to advance through levels program.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivation.
