Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is hiring Pilates Instructors to lead group, private, and semi-private sessions across Cherry Creek locations. The role requires minimum Mat & Reformer training and the ability to teach all client levels safely.

Instructors will work with Balanced Body equipment, receive predictable income with employee status, and have opportunities for career growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour Pilates education (Mat & Reformer) required.
• Use contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Skilled in safe use of Pilates equipment – Mat and Reformer (and Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle).
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limits.
• Stay current with Club Pilates education standards.
• Develop safe, effective, and challenging class plans per Club Pilates standards.
• Provide Pilates instruction including intro classes, group apparatus classes, private, and semi-private training as scheduled.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
