Riser Fitness, LLC in Lakewood, CA is hiring Pilates Instructors to lead engaging classes at all levels. Positions include full-time and part-time roles with base pay per class plus incentives based on attendance, and opportunities for private sessions.

Instructors will teach Mat and Reformer-based workouts in state-of-the-art studios, with the chance to grow within a thriving Club Pilates franchise system and a supportive team. Flexible hours and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat & Reformer)
• Modern approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in Pilates
• Commitment to continued education and seminars
• Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe use of Pilates equipment during classes (Mat & Reformer)
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries
• Adhere to Club Pilates education standards
• Create safe, effective, and challenging class plans
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned
