Riser Fitness, LLC in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Pilates Instructors for its Old Town studio to teach mat and reformer classes and private sessions. Positions include full-time and part-time with pay per class ranging from $40.00 to $65.00, plus bonuses and incentives based on attendance.

Instructors will work with clients of all levels in a studio equipped with Balanced Body gear. Ideal candidates have 450+ hours of Pilates education, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat and Reformer)
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry

Responsibilities

• Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment during each class to ensure a safe yet creative group experience
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and adaptations for injuries or limitations
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards
• Develop safe, effective and challenging class plans
• Provide Pilates instruction including Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private sessions
• Any other duties as assigned
