Riser Fitness in Clayton, CA is hiring a Pilates Instructor for full-time roles, offering $40.00–$65.00 per class or more depending on experience. The position covers group, private, and semi-private sessions in state-of-the-art studios.

Must have Mat & Reformer training and enjoy working with clients of all levels. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and career development opportunities are available.

Formación

• 200–450+ hour Pilates education, including Mat and Reformer.
• Contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Group Reformer instruction experience.
• Willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe use of Pilates equipment (Mat and Reformer) in each class.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
• Maintain Club Pilates education standards in daily practice.
• Develop safe, effective class plans aligned with standards.
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled.
• Handle any other duties as assigned.
