Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat & Reformer).
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in Pilates.
• Passion for learning and continuing education trainings.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe use of Pilates equipment for group classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries.
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards.
• Develop safe, effective and challenging class plans.
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
