Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC's Minnetonka West studio is hiring a Pilates Instructor with Mat and Reformer training to guide clients across all levels in safe, effective classes.

We offer flexible block scheduling, competitive pay per class ($40–$65), health options, a 401(k) with matching, PTO, and ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• Pilates education: 200–450+ hours including Mat and Reformer.
• Experience leading group Reformer classes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to modify and progress exercises for clients with injuries.
• Willingness to stay current with Pilates industry developments.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe use of Pilates equipment (Mat, Reformer, etc.) for group classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions as needed for clients.
• Stay aligned with Club Pilates education standards in classes.
• Create safe, effective class plans and schedules.
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, and private/semi-private sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
