Riser Fitness, LLC in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch studio is hiring Pilates Instructors to teach group classes and private sessions. Roles are available as full-time or part-time with a base pay of $40–$65 per class, negotiable for qualified talent, plus bonuses based on attendance.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat and Reformer included).
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Excellent customer service skills and pleasant demeanor.
• Proven group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Strong communication and willingness to continue education.

Responsibilities

• Teach safe, effective Pilates classes for groups, private and semi-private sessions.
• Demonstrate anatomy knowledge and provide modifications for injuries.
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards.
• Create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging.
• Engage clients and deliver high-quality instruction.
