Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is hiring a Pilates Instructor to teach group classes and private sessions at Arbor Lakes. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with pay ranging from $40 to $65 per class, negotiable for qualified talent.

Instructors will work with Balanced Body equipment in a state-of-the-art studio and can enjoy opportunities for growth and scheduling flexibility. Minimum requirements include 450+ hours of Pilates education (Mat & Reformer) and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour education (Mat & Reformer) required.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Safely use a variety of Pilates equipment during classes (Mat and Reformer as a minimum) with additional apparatus knowledge.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limits.
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards.
• Develop safe, effective class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards.
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
