Life Time is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives through individualized and group Pilates programming at our Bridgewater, NJ studio. You will develop comprehensive client plans, instruct clients on Reformer and other apparatus, and conduct pre-participation screenings tied to goal setting.

The role includes educating members on health trends, maintaining studio hygiene, and staying current with certifications. Full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Pilates program design experience required.
• Ability to adjust body alignment and equipment.
• CPR and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during Pilates sessions on safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting to assess training needs.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes to members.
