Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives by designing and supervising Pilates programs that drive results.

You will conduct private and group sessions, perform fitness consultations, and promote related classes while upholding Life Time standards. Ideal candidates hold a Pilates certification with Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels experience and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with ReformER, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during Pilates sessions.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
