Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by creating safe, effective training programs and delivering private and group classes at our facility.

You will guide clients through goal setting, monitor form, and promote broader fitness offerings while maintaining a clean studio and upholding Life Time standards. The role emphasizes program design, equipment knowledge, and ongoing certifications, with a focus on delivering outstanding member experiences in a dynamic health

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates sessions on equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations with new clients and set goals.
• Promote Pilates training programs, Group Fitness, and Personal Training to members.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educate members on health and fitness issues and trends.
