Life Time is seeking a skilled Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will design safe client programs, lead private and group Pilates sessions, and ensure proper use of reformers and related equipment.

The role includes conducting baseline assessments, promoting Pilates services, handling fitness plan administration, and maintaining studio cleanliness while staying current with certifications and industry trends. CPR/AED certification required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design and client goal achievement.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform fitness assessments.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
• Supervise Pilates sessions and equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations and pre-participation screenings.
• Promote Pilates training programs, Group Fitness, and Personal Training.
• Complete administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stay current on certifications and fitness trends.
• Educate members on health and fitness topics.
