Life Time is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives. You will build relationships, deliver an educational, supportive member experience, and uphold the Life Time brand.

You’ll lead private and group Pilates sessions, design client programs, conduct assessments, promote classes and personal training, and handle administrative duties while keeping the studio clean and current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience and 6 months of experience adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
