Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering education, inspiring confidence, and delivering exceptional service within our Pilates studio.

You will design safe client programs, lead private and group sessions, promote classes, and maintain studio cleanliness while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Pilates instruction certification and program design experience.
• Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels training.
• CPR and AED certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates sessions with emphasis on safety and effectiveness.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including goal setting for Pilates training.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains Pilates studio cleanliness and stays current on certifications and trends.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivation.
