Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by delivering private and group Pilates classes and developing client-centered training programs.

The role focuses on creating safe, effective routines, guiding participants through equipment and exercise progressions, and ensuring a high-quality member experience within the Life Time brand. The position requires knowledge of Pilates programming, proper form, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• 6 months of adjusting body alignment and using Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment.
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during training for safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting.
• Promotes Pilates programs, Group Fitness, and Personal Training to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stays current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues.
