Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Sales Associate for our Del Amo Fashion Center studio. You will help customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and ensure a clean, safe studio while supporting weekend hours. You will upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits and assist with inventory and transactions.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Standing for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ear piercings and jewelry selection.
• Provide product recommendations and answer questions about piercing procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and inventory; restock supplies.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
