Job summary

Rowan at Del Amo Fashion Center seeks a friendly Studio Sales Associate to create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You will assist with ear piercings, recommend jewelry, and ensure cleanliness and safety while supporting weekend shifts.

You will greet customers, check them in, book appointments, upsell products, and stay knowledgeable about Rowan offerings. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service with friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Weekend availability and ability to work evenings/holidays.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization in the studio.
• Stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Check-in customers and help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Assist with ear piercings and recommend jewelry and aftercare products.
• Upsell non-piercing jewelry and related items.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards in the studio.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and team to hit goals.
