Rowan, a Bellevue-based retailer, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to greet ear-piercing clients and jewelry shoppers, educate on services, and maintain a safe, celebratory atmosphere. You will manage daily store operations, restock inventory, and ensure cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Weekend availability is required, and compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour plus commission, with 401(k) and Roth IRA plans and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales environments is preferred.
• Interest in jewelry and ear piercing helps with client education.
• Must be able to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Able to maintain a clean, organized store and handle cordless inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet ear-piercing clients and jewelry shoppers in Bellevue store.
• Educate customers on Rowan piercing services and products.
• Support client needs and ensure a celebratory atmosphere.
• Maintain store efficiency and order throughout shifts.
• Restock jewelry and piercing materials, ensure cleanliness.
• Perform inventory checks and operate store tech systems.
