Job summary

Rowan’s Arbor Hills studio is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to create a welcoming piercing and shopping experience. You will assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and maintain clean, safe studio standards on weekends and evenings.

You will upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits while meeting sales targets. Team collaboration with the Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers is essential, along with accurate transactions and inventory upkeep.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or service industry.
• Weekend availability and ability to work nights/holidays.
• Strong communication and math skills for transactions.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Check in customers and book appointments using POS systems.
• Assist with piercing selections and jewelry education.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Upsell products and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Keep studio clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers.
• Process transactions accurately and manage inventory.
