Job summary

Mejuri operates cutting-edge piercing studios and seeks team members who will deliver exceptional client experiences. You will oversee the customer journey, maintain health and safety standards, and build a strong local client base while coordinating with the Store Manager on scheduling and operations.

The role emphasizes service excellence, product knowledge, and adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of needle piercing experience.
• Experience with threadless jewellery.
• First Aid/OSHA certification.
• Experience using autoclave or statim.
• Knowledge of local piercing law requirements.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bonus: selling product at a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing customer journey from start to finish, including greeting, check-in, styling, transaction and aftercare education.
• Maintain health and safety standards, cleanliness, sharps/biohazard waste management, and space requirements.
• Build a strong local clientele and act as Mejuri ambassador to promote services and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on scheduling, online booking, and operational improvements.
• Explain aftercare and identify medical concerns to ensure safe piercings.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
