Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager. You will help schedule court time, educate members on programs and equipment, and provide outstanding customer service to drive repeat business.

You will greet members, explain services, build relationships, keep facilities clean, promote Life Time offerings, and handle daily cash reconciliation. This hourly role starts at $13.25 and can go up to $15.75 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: Computer experience.
• Preferred: CPR and AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at end of shift.
