Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations.

You will schedule court time, educate members on programs and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits. Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining services, building relationships, maintaining facilities, promoting Life Time offerings, and accurate cash handling at shift end.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assess needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Handle daily billing accurately and reconcile cash at end of shift.
