Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on pickleball programs and equipment. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service to drive repeat business.

You will greet members, explain programs, maintain facilities, promote Life Time offerings, and handle daily billing with accuracy, contributing to a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
