Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily department operations.

You will schedule court times, educate members on programs and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits. Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining services, building personalized relationships, maintaining facilities, promoting Life Time offerings, and handling end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Preferred: Computer experience and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Keeps pickleball facilities and equipment clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles cash register at shift end.
