Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily department operations. You will schedule court time, educate members on programs and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

The role emphasizes friendly member interactions, facility upkeep, program promotion, and accurate daily cash handling, with CPR/AED certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Completes daily billing accurately and reconciles cash at end of shift.
