Job summary

Life Time Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with daily operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on programs and equipment. You will deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

The role includes handling billing, maintaining facilities, and promoting Life Time programs while building personalized member relationships in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
