Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on programs, lessons, and equipment. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service to drive repeat business.

You will help keep facilities in good working order and contribute to a welcoming, family-friendly environment at Life Time locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine their needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at end of shift.
