Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations. You will schedule court times, educate members on programs and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

The role involves greeting members, explaining programs, maintaining clean facilities, promoting services, and accurate cash handling at end of shifts.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members and assists them with determining their needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products and services.
• Handles daily billing accurately and reconciles the cash register at end of shift.
